Q. How do your bots work?

 A. Like any other program on your computer. Double click to open it and a small window appears - that's the bot. Open your casino or poker-room software, log in, and take a seat at a table. Click start on the bot and it will play for you until you click stop. (Our Blackjack bots keep re-betting the same amount as your last bet.)

Q. How do I know they really work, and that this isn't a scam?

 A. Download the bot for free and run it yourself. It will work for 100 hands. You can try it in real money games or play money games at all the different places we say it works. Only purchase it if you think it rocks.

Q. Do your bots really win money?

 A. Yes - if you use them wisely! We sell a very high-quality product here. We figure that 100 hands is enough to show you that, although your actual results are certainly subject to variance over such a short sample size.

Q. How long does it take the Blackjack Bot to clear all the bonuses?

 A. This is a constantly changing figure, but in general you should be able to clear all the initial bonuses the first month, maybe a little longer if you go for all of them. Of course, it depends on how many hours you run it. But if you just run the bot when you are away from the computer, and/or overnight, you should have no problem meeting that time frame and then being set for your first month of hitting the reload bonuses your second month.

Q. Do the casinos pay the bonuses automatically?

 A. Most of them credit your initial account with the bonus money immediately. A couple of them require a bonus code or an email be sent in order to get the bonus credited. We give you a complete set of instructions which break this down for you by casino. All of the casinos we list are very, very good about releasing the bonuses and have stellar online reputations that can be verified elsewhere.

Q. How do I know when I have met the minimum wagering requirements?

 A. Most of our casinos have a way to check it on the banking page of their software. This is also covered in the individual casino instructions that are included with the bot.

Q. Should I cash-out immediately after clearing the bonus?

 A. This is up to you. We have had no trouble doing this. However, for the casinos that issue monthly reload bonuses we recommend giving them a little more action - maybe hit the slots or another table game for a while.  It is possible they could cut you off if they feel you are a "bonus abuser," and most of something is better than all of nothing.

Q. What if I turn the bot on and let it run for a week or more straight?

 A. This is not recommended. If you are working the bonuses this would be foolish as your bonus would be cleared within a matter of hours. As far as our poker bots go, the site could see the pattern and peg you as a possible bot user and then implement counter-measures that affect all of us. Please use your bot responsibly - don't ruffle the feathers on the goose that lays the golden eggs.

Q. Do you guarantee the results you quote on your website?

 A. No. There is no way for us to verify your results - that is, that they were the result of the bot being used in a manner consistent with our instructions. Also, variance still plays a role in your individual results. In fact, many of our customers have cleared significantly more than the expected value. But you'd need to have the unluckiest run in history not to cash out a worthwhile profit when clearing bonuses! Instead of a guarantee, we give you the product up front and let you play with it for a while. Then you decide if you want it or not.

Q. Can I install the bot on more than 1 computer?

 A. No. The price is per-computer. If you want to install it on another computer you will have to download it there and purchase another license. This is the result of our security measures to keep our products from being pirated and illegally redistributed.

Q. Won't the casinos and poker rooms be upset about this?

 A. That's a fairly safe bet. We anticipate possible anti-bot measures attempted as the result of our products, but we will stay on top of them and keep issuing new versions that fix any problems which arise. Once you purchase a license you get access to all future upgrades at no charge. The casinos can't stop issuing deposit bonuses because it's too critical of a component in their sales and marketing strategy, in a growingly competitive marketplace.
